Is the free invoice generator really unlimited?

Yes. Make and download as many invoices as you want, free, without an account. The paid plans are about proposals and what happens after a customer accepts one, not about unlocking the generator.

What counts toward the 3 free proposals a month?

Every proposal you create in a calendar month, including AI drafts and duplicates. Free proposals can be sent and accepted online; they go out without your logo and without a deposit line. Pro removes the limit and adds branding and deposits.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your saved data becomes read-only until you subscribe, and proposals drop to the free allowance. Nothing is deleted, and the free generator keeps working. Upgrade any time to pick up where you left off.

Are there transaction fees or hidden costs?

No. $9/month for Pro or $15/month for Team (two months free yearly) is the entire price. We do not take a percentage of your invoices or deposits, and there are no per-proposal, per-client, or per-user charges.

What is the difference between Pro and Team?

Only the number of people. Pro is one login for $9/month. Team is up to five logins on the same business for $15/month, sharing the same proposals, invoices, clients, and numbering. Features are identical on both.

Can I cancel easily?

Yes. Cancel self-serve from your settings page, no email or phone call required. Your data stays exportable after you cancel, and signed proposals stay on file.
