Five things worth trying
- Sign a proposal as the customer. Open proposal P-0008, press Send, then open the customer's link it shows you. Tick an add-on, type a name, accept. Go back and the invoices have written themselves.
- Send a change order. Open the accepted proposal P-0007 and add a change order. Approve it from the customer's link and watch the balance invoice update.
- Get paid in parts. One invoice is part paid and one customer has tapped "I've paid". Record a payment, confirm the other, and see the balance due move everywhere.
- Match a bank statement. Under More, upload any bank CSV, or skip it and look at Reports and the tax package, which already have five months of figures.
- Write an invoice the quick way. Start a new invoice, pick a customer, and add lines from the saved price list. The pre-send check tells you if anything looks off.
What is different in the demo
It is the real app with every Pro feature switched on. Two things are held back so a demo can never bother a real person or run up a bill: email is never sent (you see what would have gone out, and get the customer's link to open yourself), and AI drafting stops after five tries. Billing and team invites are hidden, because there is nothing to bill and nobody to invite.

Do I need to sign up to use the demo?
No. One click opens a working account with sample customers, invoices, proposals and expenses. There is no email, no password and no card.
Is the demo the real product?
Yes. It is the same app paying customers use, with every Pro feature on. Two things are switched off: nothing you send is emailed to anyone, and AI drafting is limited to five tries.
What happens to what I type in the demo?
It is stored in a temporary account that is deleted 24 hours after you start it, along with everything in it. Press Reset at any time to put the sample data back the way it was.
Can I keep my demo account?
Yes. Press Keep this account, enter your email, and click the link we send. The sample data is cleared, anything you created stays, and your free 14-day trial starts. You can also choose to keep the sample data for a while.
Will my customers get emails if I press Send?
No. In the demo nothing is emailed. The screen shows what your customer would receive and gives you their link, so you can open it and see their side.
